If it does not have access to your Facebook account , the re-entry process is not easy. Fortunately, Meta is simplifying things a bit by implementing a customer service chat that can help you get back to your social media account.

Much of the customer service work that the Meta-owned Facebook is doing is directed at the platform’s creators. However, the company advertisement that facebook app has a trial customer service chat that will be available to English-speaking users. However, the company was unclear on exactly who will have access, so if you’ve been locked out of your account, you can give it a try.

“Specifically in the Facebook application, we also started testing live chat support for some English-speaking users globally, including creators, who have had their accounts blocked,” Meta said in a blog post . “This first test focuses on those who are unable to access their accounts due to unusual activity or whose accounts have been suspended due to a violation of Community Standards. This will be the first time that Facebook has offered live help for people locked out of their accounts.
