The God mode or secret settings date back to Windows 7, where Microsoft introduced a series of settings that are brought together in a single screen, from where the user can make careful modifications. And as everyone knows, the company intends to remove the classic Control Panel of Windows 11, but luckily, this little trick works on the new Windows too.

To activate the God mode in Windows 11 it’s very easy to do it, as we have done on other occasionswe will need to create a File and then baptize it with a special name. Currently there are many settings Alternative God Modes or secret settings which we can access, so if you want to activate them, take a look at this short tutorial.

These are all the secret settings that Windows 11 hides

The first thing we must do to activate God Mode is to right-click on the desktop and select New-> Folder. After the Folder is created, then we are going to rename it by pressing F2 with the following name below:

  • God mode. {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

When we have the folder with the Name, then we press «Enter». Now, we open the Folder and you will instantly have instant access to a wide range of system settings.

But if one God Mode isn’t enough for you, there are plenty of other options available. Follow the same process as above, but use one of the following alternate strings:
