Step 1: You need to download the latest version of the macOS Catalina Installer File directly from Apple Store.

After successfully erasing the USB, close the Disk Utility.
Next step is to open your LaunchPad and search for Terminal and open it.
You will see a set of line starting with Last Login time and date. Now, copy paste the following lines in your terminal.
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USBFlashDrive
Note: USBFlashDrive is the title of your USB that you have kept while Erasing the disk.
Enter your password and wait for the process to finish.
