As we mentioned before, when activating this Mode, all the system settings will appear available in a single folder, however, we recommend that you make the changes that you are aware of, since a bad configuration could damage your computer.

The steps to activate God Mode are as follows, so here we go:

  • On the desktop, right click anywhere.
  • Select the “New” option and click on “Folder”
  • Right click on the new folder.
  • Rename the folder to the following command:
  • GodMode. {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
  • Finally we press the Enter key.

How to extend God Mode features in Windows

You can further customize the options with CLSID, a unique identifier to access other configuration pages directly from the desktop. As you probably know, God mode settings are assigned to different categories.

Using CLSID, you can move those categories to dedicated pages. An example, you can create a folder with CLSID “{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153}” to open Administrative Tools, such as defrag tool, disk format options and more.
